The Role
As a Senior Manager of Client Experience, you will lead a team responsible for delivering a world-class wealth management experience for Farther advisors and clients. You'll oversee the execution of financial operations required for advisor onboarding, client onboarding, ongoing requests, and any complex needs. You will collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to continually push the boundaries of wealth management and develop your team members. As a people manager within Farther's client experience team, this is an opportunity to have a huge impact not just on the company, but on the entire wealthtech industry.
Your Impact
- Lead and develop a team of Client Experience Managers and Associates, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management
- Establish service standards and operational procedures to ensure consistency and excellence across the client experience function
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Oversee the resolution of complex client inquiries and escalated issues
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements and new client-facing solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including advisors, custodians, and third-party vendors
- Analyze client experience metrics and provide insights to senior leadership on trends and opportunities
The Ideal Match
Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in client experience or operations within the financial services industry, including 3+ years of people management experienceStrong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing high-performing teamsExceptional communication and relationship-building abilitiesComprehensive understanding of wealth management operations and custodial platformsExperience implementing process improvements and operational efficienciesStrategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentBonus Points
