Position Overview :
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants for our Project Manager Practice.
- Responsible for the quality implementation and set up of ADP / UKG / Ceridian HCM / Payroll / WFM solution to meet client and HR business requirements.
- Analyze and understand the client's requirements in order to properly setup the ADP / UKG / Ceridian data base.
- Training, Testing and Validation with the client before participating in the first 'LIVE' processing run.
- Managing various accounts from project initiation to close by supporting the client through all phases of the implementation.
- Managing project risks and escalations to resolution.
- Create and manage project plans, including deliverables, activities, timelines and budgets.
- Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organization.
- Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources.
- Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project.
- Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project.
- Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates.
- Direct project timeliness and budgets.
Duration : This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date nitial duration through of 26 weeks.
Level of Effort : F T - 40 hours per week
