Recruitment Manager Chicago

To ensure a future with the best and most diverse talent for Adyen, we’re hiring a Recruitment Leader to help further support building out our Chicago Tech Hub.

In this role you will be fully responsible for overseeing the talent acquisition strategy for the site while building and leading a team of tech recruiters onsite.

This role is based out of our Chicago office. We have a hybrid workplace and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.

What you’ll do

  • Fully responsible for Chicago tech hiring while leading the Tech Recruitment team;
  • Create and execute the recruitment strategy aligned with business needs;
  • Build the local Recruitment team; hire, mentor and retain collaborating Tech Recruiters;
  • Build and maintain strong, open and trusted relationships with global leaders;
  • Ensure hiring quality aligned with Adyen's values and company culture;
  • Lead global and local projects on DEI, rewards, employer branding, and candidate experience to constantly improve the Recruitment function.

Who you are

  • Minimum of 10 years within Tech Recruitment, 6 years of leading teams
  • Extensive full cycle recruitment experience with a focus on passive candidate generation in Chicago’s competitive tech market
  • Proven track record of building and mentoring teams
  • High level of self-motivation; you’re someone who is able to define structure and prioritize
  • High personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience in Chicago talent market and in FinTech
