Hungry for a taste of what it’s like to run physical product at America’s #1 meal-kit company? We’re looking for an excited innovator to join our physical Product Management team.
You will work closely with the rest of the Product Management team to support ongoing and / or new physical product launches for HelloFresh.
You will support our product strategy development, roadmap planning, and product launches from ideation through execution.
You will have a customer-first approach, demonstrating a deep understanding of our target customers and tailor solutions to help us better meet their needs
You will
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Supply Chain GM, and Go-To-Market Lead to define and shape HelloFresh's physical product strategy and roadmap, including evergreen products and limited-time offerings.
- Support and lead product launches, including developing business cases, scoping competitor insights, enabling downstream culinary & operation teams, formalizing testing approaches, defining marketing campaign strategies, and informing UX customer experience
- Partner with our consumer insights team to identify gaps with our current product offering, and propose solutions to fulfill customer need and drive incremental growth
- Conduct post-launch performance analyses evaluating launch success through financial and qualitative metrics to inform future iterations
- Work with the Go-To-Market Lead on product positioning and go-to-market campaign strategy ideation & execution
- Liaise cross-functionally between Operations, Procurement, Nutrition, Tech, and Legal to enable product launches

You have
- BA / BS required (Business degree and / or emphasis in Marketing, Operations, Product Development, Product Management, Food Studies, or a related discipline strongly preferred)
- 3-4 years of experience in any of the following roles : brand management, consulting, product strategy, product management, project management, and / or category management
- Understanding of how to develop a product strategy and work cross-functionally to manage a project
- Experience analyzing and synthesizing financial and consumer behavior data into clear, actionable insights
- Demonstrated success in program or project management
- Success in leading cross-functional teams
- Strong technical skills in Google Suite; experiencing using Tableau visualizations to inform decision-making is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment
- CPG, D2C subscription, FoodTech or Retail experience is a plus
