One of Hawaii's largest shipping companies is currently seeking a candidate to work on their MDM migration project and assist with its day-to-day operations while someone is out on maternity leave, as well as assisting with a couple of upcoming projects :

They have several large projects coming up migrating mobile devices from Airwatch to InTune and replacing their old VoIP Avaya phone system with RingCentral.
The migration will include about 200-300 devices, with a forecast of completing 203 devices per day. This candidate will be solely focused on this project, requiring desk-side interaction with users.
Responsibilities will include backing up iPhones or Android devices, resetting them, and restoring from backup through InTune (replacing Airwatch), followed by ensuring everything is back to normal for the user.
Work hours are mainly Monday to Friday, 08 : 00-16 : 00, but could occasionally include weekend or evening work, especially with the Avaya replacement project.
Minimum requirements include a TWIC and a driver’s license.

- Hardware, operating systems, systems software, and communications technologies including RH Linux, Windows 2008-2012 Server, Intel-based or CISCO rack and blade servers.
- Storage systems and applications including RAID, NAS, SAN, tape backup hardware devices, Veritas backup software.
- IT software management tools such as SCCM.
- IT services management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow.
- Network technologies and products including Cisco routers, Cisco switches, MPLS, TCP / IP, SMTP, SNMP, and 802.11x wireless communications.
- File transfer, messaging, and email applications including Microsoft Exchange 2010, Microsoft Lync, FTP, SFTP, and MQ Series.
- Security tools including Cisco, PaloAlto Networks, Checkpoint firewalls, Cisco VPN, Network Associates / McAfee products including EPolicy Orchestrator.
- Knowledge of VoIP telephone systems and technologies including those from Avaya and Cisco.
- Server and desktop virtualization using VMware products.
- Patch and security management.
