This position requires you to supervise the project as a whole, and care just as much about the small details as the large components.
You’ll be accountable for providing on-site direction and leadership for other electricians, journey people and apprentices, with considerations for quality standards, deadlines, and budgets.
Your personnel responsibilities include : managing a team evaluating employees’ progress training new team members attending meetings identifying conflicts resolving problems Other foreman activities include organizing and planning construction project, directing work, inspecting installations for quality, and ensuring code standards and job safety.
You will also be part of a collaborative office team. You’ll be expected to engage in, communicate, and reinforce the mission, values, and culture of our company.
