    D1 Sports Franchise, headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, is a leading franchisor of class-based and one-on-one athletic performance training for scholastic and adult athletes across the United States.

    The Company has 115 locations open with more than 200 locations in development. D1 has trained over 100 NFL Draft picks, 3,000 collegiate athletes, and over 100,000 scholastic athletes.

    Position Overview

    The Contracts Manager will be responsible for preparing legal contracts based on existing templates, managing the execution process, and maintaining accurate records in our data room and HubSpot.

    The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of contract management.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Contract Preparation :
    • Draft, review, and prepare legal contracts based on existing templates.
    • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
    • 2. Document Management :
    • Manage the execution process of contracts, including obtaining necessary signatures.
    • Organize and save completed documents in the company’s data room.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents.
    • Information Management :
    • Update relevant properties and data points in HubSpot to reflect contract statuses and details.
    • Ensure all contract-related information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
    • Compliance and Risk Management :
    • Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
    • Identify potential risks and issues related to contract management and propose solutions.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration :
    • Work closely with the finance, legal, sales, and operations teams to support contract management needs.
    • Provide training and support to team members on contract-related processes and best practices.
    • Continuous Improvement :
    • Identify opportunities to improve contract management processes and implement enhancements.
    • Stay current with industry best practices and legal requirements related to contract management.

    Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.

    Qualifications / Experience :

    • Prior experience welcome but not necessary. Computer, people skills, sense of urgency, and attention to detail a must.
    • Preferred 2-4 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related role.
    • Experience in Human Relations would be a positive but not required.
    • Familiarity with legal terminology and contract structures.

    Technical Skills :

    • Proficiency in contract management software and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
    • Strong organizational and document management skills.

    Soft Skills :

    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
    • Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to contract management.
    • Project management skills and experience.

    Compensation : $60,000-$75,000
