The productionlaborer performs duties in the outdoor composting area of themushroom growing facility including lifting and dumping spawn andsupplement sacks moving compost racks laying and folding nets andpreparing nets for pulling.
Responsibilities also involveoccasional forklift use washing down equipment and conveyor beltsperforming basic equipment checks and maintenance and operatingturners frontend loaders and other large machinery.
Additionallythe role includes applying supplements and raw materials to cropsmonitoring machine performance operating and maintaining farmmachinery and cleaning the work area upon completion of tasks.
Moving bins and trays with a forklift is alsorequired.
