A company is looking for an eDiscovery and Litigation Support Specialist to manage the eDiscovery process within the legal team.
Key Responsibilities : Oversee the entire eDiscovery lifecycle, including data collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI)Manage document review projects and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsUtilize eDiscovery software to streamline processes and provide training to legal and IT teamsRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, or a related fieldProven experience in eDiscovery or litigation support rolesStrong knowledge of eDiscovery tools and software, such as Relativity, Clearwell, or NuixExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyUnderstanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to eDiscovery
