Description
- Supports product and project managers for reporting and system (Jira, Clarity, OpenWorkBench) data entry.
- Collects information from PMs, synthesizes to management-level summary. Supports Vendor resource management.
- Responsible for tracking project Purchase Orders, Change Requests, Quotes, and Invoices. Responsible for performing Invoice reconciliation.
- Responsible for executing Onboard, Offboard, Role Change requests Responsible for producing reports on overall project status.
- Responsible for creating and tracking issues / requests through Jira / Atlassian tools (Managing) Monitor progress, communicate with sponsors and stakeholders (Reporting).
- Create Presentations for stakeholders and Requested Monthly / Weekly / Daily Reports.
Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS' :
- Mid-level experience level Basic IT Finance / Accounting experience with project management methodologies and deliverables.
- Excellent internal and client-facing communication skills. Good synthesis, analysis and writing skills.
- Experience conducting C-level presentations, Excel reporting, PowerPoint presentations. Knowledge of the Microsoft office suite of products, including MS Project / Excel / PowerPoint.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with SharePoint. Experience with Data entry.
- Experience with Clarity and OpenWorkBench preferred.
- Experience with budgets and financials a MUST.
