The Job :

As a Senior Product Manager , you’ll be part of our Outdoor Power Equipment team working as an Onsite employee. You’ll get to :

  • Responsible for development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan for the profitable management of positioning, gross margins, collateral materials & point-of-purchase.
  • Conduct user research to identify market opportunities and drive decision making for projects in development
  • Manage and lead the milestone process for new product development, ensuring the process is followed correctly.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle process
  • Understand the trends in the industry and related industries and develop a deep understanding of the end user in order to incorporate these insights into successful new product launches.
  • Provide product training to internal and external stake holders.

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Development
  • Proven experience in the consumer goods on construction goods industry
  • Financial acumen and analytical ability with a strategic mindset
  • Strong research skills, with attention to detail
  • Presentation skills - to be able to create and present product updates to both small and large audiences.
  • End user obsession, consumer-first mindset
  • A "can-do" attitude - the desire to go above and beyond in all you do
  • Team spirit combined to a high level of autonomy.
  • Role is hybrid with 3 days per week based out of our Towson Office
