Administrative Assistant
CentiMark Corporation is North America's leading commercial and industrial roofing contractor.
CentiMark offers a full complement of new and replacement roof systems including single-ply EPDM rubber, single-ply thermoplastics, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, metal roofing, spray polyurethane foam and roof maintenance coatings.
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Kalamazoo, MI location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing paperwork in an SAP application.
DUTIES INCLUDE :
- Entering / Maintaining Project Files
- Payroll / Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Human Resources
- Process Expense Reports
- Collections
- Records Management
- Purchasing
- Creating and maintaining reports in MS Excel and Word
- Supporting management with the day-to-day business needs
POSITION REQUIRES :
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Must have strong data entry skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Word, Excel
- Accounting experience
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- SAP Experience a Plus!
