Business Analyst HR Strategic Planning Location : Remote Salary : $75-135k Sabot Consulting is currently seeking a Business Analyst for HR Strategic Planning and Assessment is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department by conducting thorough analyses, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable insights.
This role involves collaborating with HR leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance HR processes and align with the organization’s overall business goals.
Responsibilities : Conduct detailed analyses of HR processes, market trends, and workforce data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with the organization’s long-term goals.
Evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide regular assessments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Gather and analyze HR data from various sources to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to HR and senior management.
Lead and manage HR-related strategic projects, ensuring timely and successful execution. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR strategic initiatives across the organization.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR strategic planning and assessment activities.
Must Have : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong focus on HR strategic planning and assessment.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to have : Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus. Experience in a strategic consulting role or with strategic planning software is highly desirable.
