We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative to join the team at our private practice dental office in Washougal.
The schedule is Tuesday-Thursday. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
The ideal candidate is cheerful excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist patient with paperwork, including consent forms
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Qualifications
- One or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Experience with Open Dental Software preferred
- Dental Assistants or Externs encouraged to apply
