LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE / LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE - LVN/LPN

Now Hiring for : 3PM to 11 : 30PM and 11PM to 7 : 30AM

Salary Range : $34.00 to $35.00

If yes, how you will contribute to the team :

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN / LPN) , you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care.

Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but not limited to :

• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents;
• Conducting daily rounds to observe the residents physical and emotional status;
• Medication administration;
• Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Must Have :

• LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

Nice to Have :

• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
