Your New Role In HVAC Maintenance Sales :
You’ll be the trailblazer driving new business opportunities and securing profitable maintenance agreements. You’ll be the face of Arctic Air, connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and offering top-tier HVAC solutions.
Here’s what your day to day :
Prospect and generate new HVAC maintenance business by identifying prime opportunities in commercial spaces, especially those between 10,000 and 100,000 square feet
Develop and execute business plans, from prospecting to closing deals, with precision
Conduct on-site HVAC equipment surveys, getting hands-on in mechanical rooms and on rooftops
Prepare and present maintenance agreement proposals using our cutting-edge software
Collaborate seamlessly with technicians and support staff to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain impeccable records, keeping detailed prospecting and sales logs
What’s In It For You :
Earn $70,000 to $90,000 annually with a base salary plus commission structure.

- Proven sales experience in HVAC maintenance and service agreements with a strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools and estimating software, along with excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- HVAC certification or relevant credentials (a plus) and willingness to attend industry events and training
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the physical ability to climb ladders and conduct on-site equipment surveys
