Description :
- Perform hanging, unloading, pre-staging, masking, painting operations to established standards.
- Process is easily repeatable, requiring a low amount of troubleshooting and adjustment to complete assigned tasks.
- Follows pre-established guidelines, procedures, plans and priorities as set by the supervisor
- Understands continuous improvement opportunities of paint processes.
- Maintains paint equipment in good operating order.
- Train in the paint booth to lean powder coat painting.

1st shift : 7 : 00 - 3 : 30
