What You Can Expect :

• Flexible Full-Time Schedule : No weekends or holidays, ensuring a healthy work-life balance
• Primary Responsibilities :
• Conduct traditional clinic visits for patients of all ages
• Perform hospital rounding, including history and physicals, discharges, and skilled nursing home visits as needed for coverage
• Patient Volume :
• Average outpatient volume : 18-20 patients per day
• Inpatient volume : Varies based on needs
• Telehealth Services : Offered as part of comprehensive patient care
• Common Diagnoses Treated :
• Child and adult wellness visits
• Chronic back pain
• Diabetes
• Hypertension
• Heart failure
• Physicals

Qualifications :

• Master's Degree : Required
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification : Required
