MAINTANCE ELECTRICIAN
JOB SUMMARY :
The Control Systems Technician / Electrician will work closely with departments to fulfill electrical work order requests.
They are responsible for approaching their work in a positive manner and will work to perpetuate a Creekstone Proud culture through attitude and actions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Troubleshoot and remedy electrical and mechanical equipment failures
Ability to trace electrical circuits and troubleshoot low voltage devices
Monitor electronic equipment for proper operation.
Install, modify, and relocate production and power equipment including conduit and cable tray installations
Coordinate factory repairs or replacements of equipment that are non-repairable at the facility
Make recommendations and determine appropriate action and solutions for area of responsibility
Aid operators in equipment use and operations. Assist the IT department to maintain plant data communications network and associated equipment.

Responsible for maintaining a clean, and safe work environment in the area
All other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
Knowledge of mechanical and electronic production equipment, including plcs, production computers, scales, scanners, printers, production, and packaging equipment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to present ideas, concepts, issues, concerns, and questions in a well thought out, positive, and professional manner
Ability to foster an atmosphere of teamwork and respect
Functional with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Basic math skills are necessary
Clear communication skills - verbally and in written form.
Ability to take direction humbly and collaborate in order to define and pursue team goals
QUALIFICATIONS :
3 to 5 years plant mechanical maintenance
3 to 5 years plant electrical experience (480 volts down)
