Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service? We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Service Representative to join our team at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional sales skills while providing top-notch service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities :
- Drive sales by identifying potential customers, promoting products / services, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of proven experience in sales and customer service in the plumbing field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Knowledge of plumbing, hvac and construction in general is required.
