We are currently seeking for a Director of Operations (CEO Track) for one of our clients - Las Vegas Construction Leader .
This is a CEO track position for a high-performing individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Location : Las Vegas
Compensation : Open for discussion - depending on experience
Responsibilities :
- Required to manage operations and finances for the business, maintain current company position in Public Works
- Manage day-to-day operations, finances, and strategic vision
- Maintain Client Excellence : Lead the development and execution of strategies to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Financial Acumen : Partner with the leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive sound business decisions
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry(commercial projects) with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- Extensive experience in the construction industry, including estimating, project management, and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of all phases of the construction process, from estimating and pre-construction to project management and execution .
