Sales Trainer / Team Lead
Salary + Commission $80,000-$150,000+
We are looking for a driven and focused Sales Trainer / Team Lead to join Trinity Exteriors! Our Sales Trainer / Team Lead is responsible for building, training, and managing the productivity of the sales team and ensuring that everyone is focused on our customers’ needs

Responsibilities :
- Manage and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly sales goals.
- Onboard, train, and coach new salespeople to enable them to quickly become productive and expand market territory.
- Develop and implement short and long-term sales plans.
- Manage and disperse inbound leads.
- Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable when expectations are not met.
- Evaluate new market opportunities through direct prospecting, networking, and industry / professional groups.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of home improvement / construction sales experience.
- 2+ years of management, teaching, or coaching experience.
- Must be knowledgeable in roofing, siding, and windows.
- Experience in B2C sales (proven results utilizing a company sales process / system).
- Strong organization, detail orientation, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
- Confidence in public speaking.
- Strong leadership skills are required (desire to mentor others).
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office 365, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Willing to undergo a background check.
