Job Description
We have a great opportunity for a skilled Scientist to join our dynamic TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy) group.
The TEM Scientist will be responsible for :
Partnering with team members to provide high quality analysis service to clients.
Operating TEM tools to obtain TEM / STEM images, SAED, EDS and EELS data from samples.
Developing TEM analysis protocols / techniques to meet clients’ requests.
Creating summary reports to capture the project objectives, analysis data and interpretation of the results.
A typical day would involve-
Operating the TEM tools (FEI or JEOL electron microscopes) and collecting TEM / STEM images based on customers' requests
Performing elemental analysis such as EDS / EELS (collecting / process the data and creating the reports)
Engaging in discussions with the customers to solve their questions and concerns
Work Schedule : 5pm-2am, Tuesdays to Saturdays
