Executive Chef for Exciting Local Upscale Mexican Concept

We are seeking a talented and creative Executive Chef to join our team at an exciting local upscale Mexican concept. If you have a passion for creating innovative and authentic Mexican cuisine, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

Create and develop menu items that align with our concept and brand
Oversee kitchen operations and manage the culinary team
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste are met or exceeded
Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
Train staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service for guests

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Chef within the restaurant industry, specifically in Mexican cuisine.

Other qualifications include :

Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for cooking and creating new dishes
Knowledge of safety protocols in a commercial kitchen
Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus
