Project Manager / Scrum Master
We are seeking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master with minimum 12 years of experience and should have minimum 5 years of Scrum master.
Scrum master should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. This role also needs the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mind set on deliverables.
Scrum master should be a strong communicator, a capable leader
Responsibilities :
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Support the product owner and provide education where needed
Competencies :
- Prior experience on a scrum team
- 5+ years of Project Manager / Scrum master experience
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
- Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
- Experience with successful Agile techniques
- Ability to work with and lead a team; Own & Maintain WHISHWORKS Resource Usage sheet
- Manages Team on day-to-day basis
- Daily Scrum meetings and Weekly / Monthly / Milestone based reporting, as applicable
- Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) liaising with steering / programme board
- Project prioritisation and planning
- Drive review meetings with Product team
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and verbal / written communication
- Motivated and self-directed individual, bringing a strong sense of focus and energy to work.
- It’s not a must have but good to have the knowledge about Mortgage / Financial Services domain
