Title : Secretary
Perform routine tasks to provide secretarial and clerical support to enhance the efficiency of the School Counseling Program and Student Support Services.
Perform duties under direct supervision as an entry-level individual contributor.
Essential Functions :
- Assist with obtaining and formatting pertinent data specific to the department's needs.
- Participate in various projects and tasks unique to the department, ensuring timely completion.
- Draft, edit, revise, and print letters, tables, reports, and other documents.
- Create and manage reports, spreadsheets, and databases as necessary.
- Carry out clerical tasks, including maintaining records and handling correspondence.
- Communicate with students, staff, counselors, and external organizations.
- Provide front desk support by answering telephone inquiries promptly.
- Assist by providing general administrative support when required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma with 0 - 3 years of related experience, or Associate degree with less than 1 year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience level.
