- Manage the reconstruction of homes or businesses damaged by water, fire and or mold.
- Schedule, coordinate and administer subcontractors
- Use Xactimate and Corelogic programs for scheduling and budgeting
Job Requirements :
- Five or more years related experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent communication skills
