As a Staffing Accountant, you will assist the accounting department with daily tasks, including Revenue Recognition, Depreciation Entries, and Prepaid Expenses.
You will handle account reconciliations and support other accountants with daily tasks. Additionally, you will assist in Accounting / NetSuite projects for other departments.

Duties :
- Work with the Accounting team to ensure entry accuracy
- Reconcile all balance-sheet accounts monthly
- Accurately record financial transactions, including income, expenses, and adjustments
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret financial information
- Maintain GL accounts by preparing closing period journal entries
- Prepare account reconciliations and analyze discrepancies
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits
- Post accruals & prepayments as necessary
- Prepare & enter journal entries and work on month-end tasks
- Provide Accounting Support for Other Departments
Requirements :
- Experience with Bank Reconciliations & Account Reconciliations
- Experience with general ledger systems
- Experience with Full Cycle Accounting
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA / MBA is a plus
