Your role as a Co Property Manager

As an Assistant Property Manager at Biltmore Properties Inc, you will be responsible for assisting with tenant relations, property maintenance requests, and lease administration.

Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to tenant inquiries, coordinating maintenance requests, and assisting with property inspections.

You will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that tenant needs are met in a timely manner.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements for this Assistant Property Manager job

To be successful as an Assistant Property Manager at Biltmore Properties Inc, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and team members.

Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio is preferred to help streamline processes and track property performance.
