Administrative Assistant II ROLE We need an Administrative Assistant II for the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific.
NIWC Pacific provides advanced technology and integrated solutions to support the mission of the U.S. Navy and other Department of Defense entities.
Your role as an Administrative Assistant II for the NIWC Pacific will be to provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Our focus is on delivering comprehensive and effective system integrations. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and organize schedules and appointments.
Maintain office records and filing systems. Assist with administrative tasks and office management. Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Handle communications and correspondence. REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE 3 years of professional experience in administrative support.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with office software and equipment.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent. LOCATION San Diego, CA 92152 CLEARANCE Confidential clearance required.
Must handle sensitive information in accordance with DoD regulations. Annual security refresher training required. CLIENT Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific Salary $86,250 - $120,750 per year TRAVEL Travel may be required.
