Job Summary

The Staff Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of office functions and supporting team members in their daily tasks.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in clerical duties and possess excellent communication skills, making them an essential part of our team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily office operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.

Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.

Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management, ensuring all documentation is organized and accessible.

Assist with clerical duties including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.

Support team members as a personal assistant by providing administrative support as needed.

Utilize office phone systems effectively to facilitate communication within the organization.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficient in clerical work, including data entry and file management.

Familiarity with office phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.

Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Requirements; High school diploma or GED; valid CA driver’s license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation & vehicle insurance, one (1) year demonstrated knowledge of medical staff service functions related to credentialing / privileging, minimum of one (1) year administrative experience required.
