North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center.
We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics / Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona.

Show Low Arizona is a community of about 10,000 people and sits at an elevation of 6,300 feet. Residents enjoy a true four-season climate with snow skiing in the winters, fishing at numerous mountain lakes in the summers, and plenty of hiking and outdoor activities all year long.

- Attractive total compensation package ranging from $205,000-225,000 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice.

To become a part of our dedicated clinical team, you need the following qualifications :
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- Hold of be eligible to obtain an Arizona license
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
