Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Greet all Customer in a Professional Manner
- Answer all Phone Calls in a Professional Manner
- Schedule Customer Request
- Rout all Phone Calls, Customer Request, and Vendor Calls to proper party.
- Organize all Work Orders and Invoices.
- Enter all Parts on Correct Work Orders
- Manage Work Order from beginning through Invoice and Ensure Keys are Tagged
- Follow Proper Payment Procedure
- File all Paperwork
- Keep Front and Back Office Neat, Organized, and Clean, Vacuum Offices on Tuesday and Friday Every Week.
- Clean Front and Back Bathrooms at least Every Other Week
- Other Duties as Assigned
