LHH is seeking 2 Maintenance Technicians for a leading manufacturing client dedicated to delivering high-quality products to their customers.

They take great pride in their commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Due to continued growth, we are seeking 2 Maintenance Technicians with specialized experience in repairing CNC machines and plastic injection molding equipment.

The ideal candidates will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of maintenance procedures.

This role requires someone who can work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure the continuous operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and plastic injection molding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with machinery.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to schedule to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address equipment-related issues and support production goals.
  • Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts replacement, using maintenance management software.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years Expertise in repairing CNC machines and plastic injection molding equipment is essential.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
