SiemensDigital Industries Software looking for a talented and motivated TechnologyPartnership Strategist to join Technology Partner Ecosystem Strategy team.

Inthis pivotal role you will be responsible, to identify and cultivate technologypartnerships that can develop new solutions using Siemens software products.

Yourfocus will be on outbound technology partnerships to expand and strengthen themarket presence of Siemens software and SaaS portfolio.

MainResponsibilities :

PartnershipDevelopment & Engagement :

  • Identify potential partners from theexisting partner pool and seek out new technology partners who can contributeto the SaaS business growth.
  • Engage with key Partners andstakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and leverage thisinsight to drive solution development and partner success initiatives.
  • Help technology partner build businessproposals, market value and aligned Siemens product portfolio to build the marketsolution.

TechnologyPartner Strategy :

  • Workclosely with Partner GTM, product management, marketing, sales, and financeteams to develop and align technology partnership strategies with overallbusiness objectives
  • Collaboratewith cross-functional teams like Partner GTM, sales to develop and implementeffective technology partnership go-to-market strategies for existing and newSaaS products and services.
  • Work closely with the sales andmarketing teams to embed technology partners solutions to sales and marketing strategiesand provide support to ensure successful GTM execution.

PerformanceTracking and Reporting :

Establish metrics to measure partnershipperformance and success, and provide regular reporting and updates to seniormanagement

RelationshipManagement :

Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with partners, industry influencers, and stakeholders tofacilitate productive collaborations and alliances

Qualifications :

  • Degreein engineering, business administration or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 8+years of experience in business development, strategy consulting, or relatedroles, with a focus on SaaS or technology.
  • Previousexperience working in engineering and manufacturing domain software like PLM,CAD, EDA, Digital Manufacturing is highly desirable.
  • Experienceworking with technology partnership (ISV, developers, technologist) to developSaaS business.
  • Innovativemindset with ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas and solutionto the table
  • Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, capable to think strategically andexecuting tactically.
  • Exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationshipsand influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proventrack record of driving results and achieving targets in a dynamic andchallenging environment.
  • Abilityto thrive in ambiguity and navigate complex situations with confidence andresilience.
  • Strongproject management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities anddeadlines simultaneously.

SiemensSoftware. Transform the Everyday

The salaryrange for this position is $99,000 to $178,200 and this role is eligible toearn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on thesuccessful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, includingjob-related skills, experience, and relevant education / training.
