Key Responsibilities : Deliver informed customer communications based on wellness data and customer profilesEstablish trusted relationships with seniors and caregivers while coaching them on wellness goalsManage inbound / outbound communications and maintain customer records for satisfaction and service qualityRequired Qualifications : High school diploma or GEDAbility to work from a home office with reliable, high-speed InternetWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekendsExperience in a healthcare environment or working with Remote Patient Monitoring solutions preferredCertification as a Health or Wellness Coach, or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
