What we are looking for :

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Bi-lingual Spanish Retail Sales Associate to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers.

With over 320 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 30 years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress / bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.

Our typical 4 5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Associates the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.

• Must be bilingual English and Spanish
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success!
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
