My client is internationally renowned in the heavy equipment industry and have a great reputation for staff retention, work life balance, and looking after their employees.
Due to their continued success and growth, they are now looking for an experienced Shop Mechanic to be based near Lancaster, CA.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining a variety of equipment such as backhoes, loaders and excavators.
This company pride themselves on continued training courses to help all employees become technical experts.
This role would suit a Technician / Mechanic, looking to work for an organization at the forefront of the heavy equipment industry, offering continued training and progression opportunities.
The Role :
- 100% shop based role
- Maintenance and troubleshooting on specialized heavy equipment.
- Monday - Friday 40hrs / 7am - 4pm / some overtime.
The Candidate :
- Field Service Technician / Mechanic.
- Experience working on any of the following heavy equipment : Loaders, Excavators, Backhoes etc.
- Looking to work for a company that invests in their employees and offer continued training courses.
