My Client is a global leader in the worldwide healthcare market specializing in the area of Orthopedic Soft Goods. They have succeeded over the years because they believe in their People, succeed through Teamwork, listen to their Customers, and constantly strive for higher Performance.
This person will develop the Strategic and Tactical Plan for the development of a comprehensive program of employee growth and development.
The job will include the development of a curriculum and training programs for the sales force, new hires, marketing, sales, customer service, and HR.
Minimum Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare and medical device experience.
- 2-4 years of professional training experience, as a Director of Training, Field Trainer, Learning and Development Specialist, Corporate Trainer, Sales Trainer, or a related title.
- 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
- Both hospital and retail experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required.
- Highly computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS Office and web-based systems, including CRM programs and internal social media (Chatter).
- Experience with e-learning software a plus.
