The Department of Psychology at Hofstra University invites applications for two full-time, tenure-track positions at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor, beginning in September 2025.
The positions are primarily for the M.A. Program in Industrial / Organizational Psychology and the Ph.D. Program in Applied Organizational Psychology, although some undergraduate teaching is available as well.

Applicants for the position should have strong expertise in research methods and statistics and one or more specialty areas of I / O Psychology.

To accommodate student internships, classes are taught primarily in the evenings, leaving days free to work on research, service, etc.
