Job Title : Building Automation Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary :
We're inviting an ambitious Building Automation Assistant Project Manager to join our pioneering team in Ellensburg, WA.
This position is tailored for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in building automation and a solid proficiency in AutoCAD.
Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of commercial building automation systems. A bachelor's degree in engineering is highly desirable.

Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing building automation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with project teams on the installation, servicing, start-up, and programming of automation control systems across commercial settings.
- Utilize AutoCAD skills to create and adjust project designs and schematics according to project needs.
- Proactively identify and address control system issues, contributing to the efficiency and success of projects.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of project activities, changes, and results, ensuring clear documentation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, aiming to understand their needs and exceed project expectations.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in building automation, with a focus on project management.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for designing and revising project drawings.
- Solid knowledge of the installation, servicing, start-up, and programming of commercial building automation systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Valued certifications include Tridium, Niagara, or N4.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering teamwork and enhancing client relations.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
