Job Title : Senior Scrum Master - Healthcare Domain

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our healthcare client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and Agile methodologies, with the ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are productive and aligned with Agile principles
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to optimize product backlog and sprint planning
- Mentor and train junior Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively
- Implement and oversee project management tools and best practices
- Create comprehensive reports on sprint progress and team performance
- Work closely with Data and Infrastructure teams, understanding the technical aspects of their projects
- Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and policies in all project activities
Requirements :
- 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 5 years in the healthcare domain
- Deep understanding of healthcare standards, policies, and regulations
- Proven track record of successfully leading Agile teams and implementing Scrum methodologies
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools
- Experience working with Data and Infrastructure projects and teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead and train junior Scrum Masters
- Proficiency in various project management and collaboration tools
- Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or Agile (ACP) methodologies required
- PMP certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
