Define configuration, customization, and workflow requirements. Support data migration planning (master data, customers, accounts, opportunities). Define reporting, dashboards, and analytics needs within Salesforce. Collaborate with technical teams for integration with ERP, HCM, and PSA systems. Document functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

We are seeking a highly experienced consultant to support a merger integration initiative involving the migration of CRM capabilities from Oracle CRM to Salesforce.
The consultant will play a critical role in discovery, blueprinting, configuration, and ensuring alignment of business requirements with Salesforce functionality.
Required Skills :
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Model.
- Experience in CRM migration or system integration projects.
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Salesforce certification(s) preferred (BA, Admin, or Consultant).
