Reason for open position : Project Capital Project - Additional capacity to prepare moving 4000 users over to an upgraded platform;
Ensuring that all functions are functions work appropriately and all the user in the migration have the appropriate support; Scaling support

Key responsibilities :
- Testing a number of new capabilities for the Hadoop platform
- Working with customers to resolve any issues that they encounter as the get up and running
- Creation of user documentation / training materials
- Code optimization - as the connections and conditions change, update;
- Planning and executing user program migration (Go through user programs making sure coordinating production, make sure it's up and running)
Heavy technical role, with user engagement
Must have technical skills / experience (ask for alternative / tool / version) of the position in priority order :
- Apache Impala
- Apache Spark
- Bash, Python and C / C++.
- Creating End User Training Manuals
- End User Training
- Hadoop Cloudera
- Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS)
- PySpark
Nice to have : Python - preferred
