What You’ll Do :

Consult & Curate : Engage with high-net-worth clients to understand their unique travel preferences, needs, and budgets.

Your goal is to create meticulously tailored itineraries that exceed expectations.

• Design Luxurious Experiences : Craft customized travel experiences, covering everything from first-class flights and five-star accommodations to exclusive activities and gourmet dining, ensuring every journey is seamless and luxurious.
• Build & Nurture Relationships : Forge strong connections with luxury hotels, tour operators, and service providers. Negotiate contracts to secure exclusive perks and benefits for our clients.
• Manage Bookings : Oversee every detail of travel bookings, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction at every step.
• Deliver Unmatched Service : Provide exceptional service throughout the planning process, addressing client concerns promptly and ensuring a flawless experience from start to finish.
• Stay Ahead of Trends : Keep your finger on the pulse of the luxury travel industry. Stay informed about emerging destinations, exclusive offers, and attend industry events to continue your professional growth.
• Drive Sales & Collaborate : Work closely with our marketing team to promote luxury travel packages, support sales goals, and drive revenue.

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience : 4+ years of experience in luxury travel planning or a related field. Your extensive personal travel experiences across the globe are a significant plus.
• Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Language Skills : Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in travel booking systems like Amadeus or Sabre is preferred.
• Luxury Expertise : Deep knowledge of luxury travel destinations, accommodations, and experiences.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Detail-Oriented : Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail and time management.
• Sales-Driven : A natural ability to upsell and cross-sell travel experiences, enhancing the overall client experience.
