We are actively seeking HVAC Field Supervisor in Charleston, SC area to join our award WINNING team.

Work Schedule : Monday- Friday 7 : 00am-4 : 00pm. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change

Position Responsibilities

• Supervise installation crews
• Oversee all aspects of installations make sure equipment and materials are pulled, and assign the crew for each job
• Schedule all jobs for installation maintain and update the installation schedule
• Visit each jobsite during and after the installation to confirm quality control
• Attend final inspections by the City when necessary
• Attend audit verifications when they are needed
• Keep updated on City procedures and rules
• Document and report all employee accidents and vehicle accidents
• A candidate should be a self-starter and a leader who is results oriented, trustworthy, and people oriented

Experience and Qualification Requirements

• 5 years proven prior experience with HVAC installations
• Strong working knowledge in Heating and Air Conditioning or residential mechanical services to include design, fabrication, maintenance and installation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• New construction experience a plus
• EPA Certification a plus
• Adhere to company screenings
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver License
• EPA Certification a plus

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting
• Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate
• Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull : objects, materials, controls and tools
• Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms / scaffolding, (using the appropriate fall protection requirements)
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to : hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks / respirators, hi-vis safety vests, gloves and safety toe, construction-grade work boots
