- Assists in the coordination of staff on a daily basis to assure delivery of patient care by competent caregivers.* Communicates on an ongoing basis the staffing patterns to the Patient Care Manager.
- Promotes supervision and guidance of nursing personnel, including pool and agency staff.* Provides a climate conducive to educational experiences for nursing students and new employees.
- Functions as a preceptor when necessary.* Recognizes roles of non-RN staff based on Hospital policy and State Board regulations.
- Provides a climate respectful of cultural diversityFull Time Charge RN - Telemetry - 3Days Per Week including weekends - 7p- 7A.
