- Key Responsibilities : Serve as a subject matter expert in escalated member calls and resolve issues related to authorizations, claims, and provider networkIdentify process improvement opportunities within the member engagement departmentDocument member interactions accurately and support outcomes reporting in all systemsRequired Qualifications, Training, and Education : Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience required;
- 3-4 years preferredMinimum of 1 year of outbound call center experienceExperience navigating Medicare Advantage or HMO benefitsHigh school diploma or GED;
equivalent combination of education and experience acceptedBilingual in English and Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), or Vietnamese
