They seek a Superintendent due to business growth.

- Project locations are within a 2-hour radius of Grand Rapids
- Average tenure on PM staff is 14 years
- Heavy emphasis on technology adaptation, such as ProCore
Responsibilities
- This role will be responsible for managing multiple sites simultaneously, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are followed.
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Maintain detailed daily logs of construction activities, progress, and any issues that arise.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Manager, highlighting progress and any concerns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role on ground up projects, industrial experience preferred
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered
- Software : Knowledge of ProCore, strongly preferred
- Certifications : OSHA certification, First Aid / CPR certification, and other relevant certifications are highly desirable
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary between $100,000 and $120,000, depending on project experience
- 15% Yearly Profit Sharing

- Monthly Travel bonus, based on location, up to $1,500 / month
