Aon has exciting opportunities to join our Commercial Risk team as an Infrastructure Client Coverage Leader for our M&A and Transaction Solutions Group in the U.S .
Aon’s M&A and Transaction Solutions (AMATS) team provides both deal advisory services and a range of transaction solutions to clients undertaking M&A activity both in North America and globally.
The team has a diverse range of backgrounds including investment bankers, Big 4, lawyers, actuaries, cyber security experts as well as human capital and risk & insurance specialists.
The team’s focus is across two core strategies. First, to be the leading provider of specialist transaction related advisory services, stretching far beyond traditional risk and insurance due diligence.
Our broader advisory capabilities include Cyber Security, Climate impact analysis, Human Capital (pension, heath and benefits, compensation, talent) plus Intellectual Property advisory.
Our Transactions Solutions capabilities deliver structured risk transfer instruments covering a range of unknown and contingent risks.
Representation & Warranty (R&W) insurance plus contingent tax and litigation risk solutions are core focus areas. Within the US, Investment Tax Credits (ITC) and Production Tax Credits (PTC) insurance solutions represent a major opportunity.
We also structure credit solutions and surety backed financial guarantees to enable clients to optimize their capital structure.
These solutions all strive to leverage insurance capital to reduce exposure to downside risks and cashflow volatility, which can improve risk weighted returns, improve debt terms, and enhance IRRs.
